Sustainability of livelihood

Sustainability of livelihood is one of the inevitable part of the community development planning under this component main emphasis was given towards securing livelihood of rural communities in Puri district as the area is full of hilly terrain and frequent drought situation, shortage of moisture, extensive soil erosion, Low fertility at the main problems in agriculture sectors. So to improve the fertility of land and enhance the capacity of oppressed tribe the following activities were under taken so that the community will utilize the available local resources as well as own skills and became self reliant.
